Private house

You are welcome in our house, which is a non commercial private house, owned by Frits Spangenberg and Menno Jonker. While we are absent, Majid is taking care of the house and all of your needs. He is fully in charge.

Traditional Moroccan hospitality

Allthough we are not a commercial guesthouse we can offer you the traditional Moroccan hospitality, let us give you a little overview.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included in your stay, Majid will ask you at what time you want to have breakfast and if you have any special requirements.

Lunch or dinner

TouhammiaLunch or dinner can be prepared by Touhammia, for a light (one course lunch) we will charge 100 dirhams (exchange rate 10 Dirhams for 1 Euro). For a three course lunch or dinner we charge 200-300 dirhams per persoon. Majid will propose you a menu, according with what is fresh from the market.

A bottle of Moroccan wine (white, rose or red) 100 dirham Still or sparkling water 20 dirham per bottle Beer, CocaCola or soft drinks go by tins or bottles 20 dirham.

Laundry

Touhammia and Fatiha shall be pleased to take care of your laundry for 10 dirham a piece. (for handwash or drycleaning make this specific, we cannot take responsibility for any damage).

Traditional Hammam

We have a traditional Hammam (hot bathroom), but it takes 4 hours to warm up. Ask Majid well in advance, he can also call for masseurs with different techiques and traditions. Hammam 80 dirham. Masseur charge approximately 300 dirham per hour, to be paid directly.

Private driver

We can arrange a pickup and transfer from the trainstation or airport to the riad for € 30 or 300 dirham (for one taxi, 4 persons). If you want to make trips of 1 or more days to the Atlas or the seaside Majid can arrange a taxi for you, according to the quality of the car 1000-2000 dirham per day.

Visitors

Please would you be so kind to inform Majid at forehand when you expect visitors in the house.

Facilities

You are free to use the CD and DVD, television, the safe, ISDN internet. For telephone or fax we ask you to pay the costs.
