We were met promptly at the airport by a friendly driver sent by the Riad and met by the staff at the door with mint tea and cookies.
Each of the bedrooms in the Riad is entirely private, quiet, and luxurious. Every room in the Riad is unique – beautifully appointed, but still warm and inviting. The contrast between the exotic, frenetic streets of Marrakech and the calm relaxation of the RIad creates a truly unforgettable vacation. Small details, like candle-lit lanterns in the stairwells, background music, and fresh flowers everywhere make this Riad unique. The staff is incredible – I would be surprised if anyone staying here does not end up eating every meal prepared by Touhammia the cook. Majid took care of every special request. The streets of Marrakech, exotic though and thoroughly unnavigable, never seemed threatening in any way. People were without exception friendly and courteous.

We just came back from an absolutely fantastic long weekend in Marrakech. The city realyy is fascinating and breathtaking and four days were way to few to really get to know Marrakech which is why we decided that we had to come back soon.
Apart from the beautifyl city, Riad Trois Cours really made our weekend totally complete and perfect. What an incredible paradise, so beautiful and tasteful! Riad Trois Cours felt so warm and welcome. This is partly due to the beautiful Riad but also totally due to the incredibly warm and welcoming Majid, Mohammed en Touhammia. Thank you so much for everything!!!!
Many, many thanks for letting us stay in Riad Trois Cours. It made our weekend unforgettable!!

What a delightful three days we spent here, discovering so much elegance, warm hospitality, outstanding service and “easy living”! All was so beautiful and we will never forget the spectacular dinner prepared for us. Sorry, Frits and Menno, not to have met you. Perhaps another time. Any time we return to Marrakech, it’s back to Trois Courts, for sure! Thanks so much.

Dear Frits & Menno,
I am sorry we didn’t get to meet you but we enjoyed your house immensely! What a spectecular house full of interesting objects & wonderful spaces. Majid, Mohammed et al were wonderful – taking care of all our needs and always with a smile. Our stay exceeded all our expectations and was a wonderful way to celebrate our 50th birthdays!

We cannot thank you enough for our luxurious stay at Riad Les 3 Courts. It is a little piece of heaven in this busy city. The sound of the water and lovely music and gracious space is so enticing we never wanted to leave.
The riad is gorgeous. You have accomplished a great renovation and created wonderful spaces with beautiful details. Majid, Mohammed and Touhammia are so gracious and took very good care of us eight americans (7 americans, 1 czech). They seemed to anticipate our every need. The meals were delicious and we just loved our elegant breakfasts on the roof.
So thank you very much. I’m sure we will recommend your lovely home to anyone we know visiting Marrakech!

Dear future guest of the Riad Trois Cours:
I have just spent a week there and sincerely tell you that it is an amazing place with all the comfort of a luxury hotel while remaining a place that really feels like home away from home. I was there with two other girl friends and we felt safe and treated with respect and great attention from the staff who took great care of all our wants and needs. We wish Frits and everyone at the Riad continuous success!

I’ve had the good fortune to stay in a few very beautiful places, but nothing quite as special as this. The riad is exquisitely renovated, in perfect taste with breathtaking small touches (the way the tea is set out, or the beds made in the evening) which make a great difference. Majid and the rest of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the dinners were the best we ate in Marrakech. We’ve already recommended the riad to friends, and hope to return.

We just want to thank you for renting us your beautiful riad. We had an really wonderful time in Marrakech and it was largely due to the fact that we were staying in such an enchanting and peaceful house, with such lovely staff. Having studied the photographs you sent very carefully we had very high expectations of trois cours, but they were completely exceeded. It is a fantastic combination of visual style and luxury – touches like the fireplaces in the bedrooms (which were constantly tended by Rachid) made a huge difference to our stay. We all had a ball. We were blown away by the fairy tale nature of the riad (the fountain, citrus trees, keyhole doorways, etc, etc) and of Marrakech itself. The breakfasts on the roof terrace were a favourite time of day for us. We all loved the pancakes, fresh juice, croissants etc and keep wanting “marrakech breakfasts” rather than boring museli now that we are home`…
Over and above all that, the thing that made the holiday so special was the staff at trois cours and particularly Majid. He is an exceptionally kind, patient and good humoured person who looked after all of us completely from the minute we arrived. He arranged everything for us – from caleche drivers (he even paid them on our behalf, so we never had to argue over price etc), to hammans, trips to the mountains, and much more. He was brilliant with everyone and even looked after our parents, who were not even staying at trois cours. I think he was exhausted by the end of the week! He even cooked supper for us one night when I was ill and no one remembered to ask for supper in the morning. He rushed out and rustled up a very tasty meal for everyone. He also recommended lots of good places to eat and a brilliant playground for the youngsters, and arranged two tremendous celebratory evening meals with musicians and even a surprise bellydancer ….we could go on, but I’m sure you already know how great he is.
The other staff are also lovely. We ate in the ri…

We had a wonderful time in a dreamhouse. Fireplaces freshly lit and well burning at any time of return. And the home cooked meals were better than the ‘fancy’ French restaurants!

we went down the narrowest lane, came to an unassuming door which opened to a most charming interior. We had a glorious time, admiring the design and decorations (lots of antiques) and beautiful tilework of the Riad. It was beautiful and comfortable and the staff was first class.

What a lovely oasis this is, a haven from the world. My aim was to relax and explore and this was the perfect place for both. My thanks to your staff for both taking care of me and letting me be quiet. It was the restoration I very much wanted. Dorothy Vincent, New York City
